Mathew Wyatt

Business Owner

Matt has been providing insurance solutions to clients throughout the Puget Sound area since 1982. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and takes pride in delivering personalized service, helping clients find the best coverage to fit their specific needs. Matt specializes in medical insurance for small business owners and individuals.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys boating, playing golf, and spending time with his family at Crescent Bar. He has lived in Mill Creek since 2006 and stays active in the local community, regularly participating in running events with friends.

Austin Wyatt

Individual & Family Account Manager

Austin was born and raised in Mill Creek, WA. He graduated from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA where he obtained his BA in Intercultural Studies; and later went on to receive his MA in International Community Development at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.

During the Summer of 2020, Austin joined Matt’s team where he worked as a support agent with the individual health clients. He quickly grew in this role and now specializes in the individual health insurance field. Austin takes great pride in offering outstanding customer service to each individual, and he looks forward to helping anyone with their health insurance needs.

Madison Wyatt

Group Account Manager

Madison specializes in group benefits and brings prior experience in personal lines insurance. As part of her family's business, she is committed to delivering knowledgeable guidance and building long-term client relationships grounded in trust and service. 

She holds a bachelor's degress in Business Management and Finance and has a background in marketing, bringing both strategic insight and a client focused approach to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and her puppy, Baker.

Frances Clark

Medicare Account Manager

Frances has been a Medicare specialist for over 10 years, with extensive experience helping clients navigate their Medicare options with confidence. She is passionate about supporting Medicare recipients in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, and Idaho, helping them understand the complexities of the system and how it applies to their unique needs. Frances prides herself on going the extra mile to make Medicare simple, clear, and stress-free, so clients can feel confident in their healthcare choices.

Sheri Hillberry

Medicare Account Manager

Sheri has been assisting clients in the insurance industry since 1988.  Her focus is now working with Medicare eligible clients and helping them find the best plan(s) that meet their unique financial, medical and prescription drug needs.  She represents Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug and Dual Eligible Plans in Washington. She enjoys building new relationships with clients and is very customer service oriented.
