Pleasant Insurance Services now Wyatt Insurance Group

After several weeks of prayer and consideration, I’ve decided that it’s time for me to transition out of the insurance industry. This was an incredibly difficult decision as I feel blessed by the relationships I’ve cultivated over the years with all my clients. It has truly been a joy and privilege to help with your insurance needs. All the details of my next chapter are not yet known. For the immediate future of my transition out of insurance, I plan to use my increased capacity to invest with the church and help my father with the residual effects from his stroke. Though it is a difficult decision and there is a sense of loss for me, I look forward in joy to what lies ahead.

 

The motivator for my work has been to help people. It was very important to find someone to continue in serving all my clients so I can transition knowing everyone is well taken care of. I’m pleased to confidently say I found this confidence in Matt Wyatt and his experienced team. Matt has been in the insurance industry for 40 years, knowing all the nuances and carriers that come with it. Most of all, Matt knows what service means and has built a reputation of excellence. Two qualities that especially stand out to me about Matt are his humility and professionalism. This is contagious and readily seen in his team as well. As a local agency, Matt lives in the adjacent neighborhood to mine and I went to elementary school with his son (who works with him as well). In the last several weeks, there have been many meetings with Matt and his team to ensure a smooth transition. I have been communicating many preferences and goals unique to your situation. It brings me great joy to know that the service you have received from me will continue and go further with Wyatt Insurance Group.

 

Important Information:

 

  • When will this happen? I will transition out of my current role 5/1/2023.

 

  • Is there anything I need to do? No. Everything will be transferred to Wyatt Insurance Group and there is no immediate action required on your part. Wyatt Insurance Group is appointed with all the same carriers and will be able to help with any needs that arise.

 

  • Will contact information change? Yes and no. You can continue to call the same phone number and it will connect you with Matt and his team after 5/1. Their direct line is 206-745-6482. You will receive communication directly from the team as well. You will want to update the email address you use for future correspondence:
