Employee Benefit Quoting/Enrollment Process

Whether you are starting a Employer plan for the first time or looking for more competitive options, here is what to expect:


  1. Brief Conversation - We want to know what your goals are and what problem(s) you are trying to solve
  2. Census - In order for us to give accurate quotes, we will need specific details about your business and employees who are/would be eligible to enroll
  3. Quotes - Typically the turnaround for quotes is 1-10 business days depending on which plans you qualify for
  4. Comparison - Once all the quotes have been received, we evaluate which are most competitive based on your goals compile this in a easy to view comparison
  5. Selection - Some are able to make an independent choice once they can evaluate the numbers. Others would like a conversation and a recommendation. We will be as involved as you want us to be to make an educated decision
  6. Enrollment - We will send you enrollment documents for the plan you have selected and help you complete and submit them so you can move on to what you do best, your business!

The average timeline from beginning to end for a group is 2-4 weeks.
